Collecting personal information

When you register for the NSSWE Connect Festival, NSSWE will ask you to provide some personal information, including your first name and last name, your email address, age and postcode.

How your personal information is used by NSSWE

NSSWE collects this information in order to support your participation in the activities that you select as part of the Festival.
Your contact details will be used to send you important information about the event, including the full program and schedule, and details about how to join the sessions. After the Festival, NSSWE will use your email address to share information about NSSWE’s activities and details about how to audition to join NSSWE. If you do not wish to receive further information from NSSWE, you will be able to opt out when you register, or unsubscribe at a later point.
NSSWE will not share your information with any other third party.

If you wish to view or amend the personal information that is collected by NSSWE, you may email manager@nsswe.org.au.

Please Note:

The online platform being used to host the Festival is Crowdcast. When you register for the Festival, you will enter your details on the Crowdcast website. The Crowdcast Privacy Policy can be found here https://www.crowdcast.io/privacy-policy.

NSSWE will use the digital communications company Mailchimp for some of the emails we sent to you about the event, and afterwards. The Mailchimp Privacy Policy with respect to you as one of our ‘contacts’ can be found here https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/
