Parking, please see details on parking at The Concourse here.

What to Bring, musicians should arrive in their full band uniform and bring their Instrument (including mallets, drum sticks & beaters, guitar leads), music, light snack and drink. It is a good idea to have a meal beforehand.

During the Concert, throughout the concert and interval, musicians will be back stage waiting to perform or seated in the Dress Circle with their Conductor and supervisors. Out of respect for all the other school bands taking part, musicians will not be dismissed until the concert is finished.

Sunday Jazz, is a free outdoor event held at the bottom of the steps at the front of The Concourse near the reflection pool. NSSWE will contact your conductor in the morning if the event is cancelled due to weather.

Dismissal and Pick up, at the end of the concert, parents please return to the designated drop off point to meet your child. Bands will not be released to their parents at Stage Door.
